Kimberly Perry

Kimberly Perry is the Director of Closing Services for Watersound Closings & Escrow and is based in the Panama City Beach office. Kimberly was born and raised in the Florida Panhandle; however, Kimberly has not always lived here. Kimberly has called Montana, Georgia, South Florida, and even Europe home while traveling with the military. Now settled in Bay County, Kimberly is truly home.

Kimberly takes great pride in her work and enjoys being a part of the title and real estate process. Before entering the title world, Kimberly spent many years as a banking executive managing various retail centers and deposit and lending teams.

In addition, Kimberly earned an A.A. degree in Business from Chipola College, a B.S. degree in Psychology from Troy University, and an MSc degree in Management from The Sorrell College of Business at Troy University.

When not working, Kimberly enjoys traveling, quiet time by the pool, and always has time for a great book or movie.
