Qualia is the leading digital closing platform used by title and escrow companies, real estate professionals, lenders, and others throughout the United States. Qualia Connect is a secure portal that will help streamline communication between WSCE and our clients and colleagues by providing (i) automated progress updates for buyers, sellers, real estate professionals and lenders, (ii) secure messaging and documents sharing from directly within Qualia, (iii) automated information requests to more efficiently and swiftly collect information, and (iv) e-signing documents. Qualia Connect bring all parties to the transaction onto one centralized closing platform. The Closing Tracker keeps all parties up-to-date as to where the settlement stands. Each party can track important closing tasks in real-time. All documents are permanently stored and organized in the secure document library.
